Thread the Needle-Revolved Childs Pose-Parsva Balasana

Starting on all fours, hook the Jevin under the left knee. Thread the left arm under the body toward the right side of the room, lying on the entire left arm. Reach the right arm up and over reaching for the top edge of the jevin. Allow the Jevin to assist your twist. Draw your naval inward and breathe.

In childs pose, keeping the hips on the heels, hook the jevin around the body onto the right hip. As the right hand or forearm is on the earth in front of you, use the left hand to assist in a deeper twist.
