Three ways to approach this. 1. bottom leg straight on mat, top leg bent tightly in with sole of foot flat on floor inside of bottom legs inner thigh. 2. top leg crosses over straight leg. 3. bottom leg bends under top leg.(shown). Hook Jevin onto bottom leg. Opposite arm wraps around to edge of jevin. Opposite arm wraps around top knee. Sit tall and twist from your mid spine keeping your hips stable and your shoulders soft.
