Starting on either right knee for modification or full expression on the right foot. If on your foot maybe have a block or jevin under the right hand for added extension. With the Jevin in the left hand, bend through the left knee and hook the jevin onto either the ankle or foot of the lifted leg. Hips and shoulders are stacked on top of each other. Engage core and outer right hip and press the foot into the jevin to lengthen. For more advanced maybe lift the right arm away from the earth.
